IPL SECOND AUCTION

Second season of the fancied Indian Premier League (IPL) Twenty20 tournament is expected to start off between April 10 and May 24. The exact schedule, though, will be declared only after the election schedule is announced.

The auction for the second edition of the IPL is scheduled to be held on February 6 in Goa where 43 cricketers will be auctioned. The auction money is capped at USD 2 million per team and teams with Pakistani players will be able to spend extra after initial auction is complete.

Lalit Modi, Chairman and Commissioner of the IPL, said the slowdown won't have an impact on auctions. "I myself have been getting a lot of enquiries for investment opportunities in the IPL teams."

"There is a great interest for a lot of players in the league and that they have close to 21 spots up on the auction," he said.

Modi said that three teams were profitable in Season I and that Chennai Super Kings was one of them and added that the appreciation of Rajasthan Royals is 3700%.

Likewise, N Srinivasan of India Cements said the interest in cricket has not come down in the current economic environment and he sees phenomenal increase in value in season two. He added he did not make any losses on his team.

buy election in thirumangalam

It’s actually by-election but the DMK party members didn’t opt for by-election and they opt only for buy election. They bought the voters and in turn voters also sell them. The ruling government DMK won with a huge margin of about 39,266 votes with the AIADMK. Members of DMK party supplied with lot of money in order to distribute among the voters of thirumangalam. One thing the public should understand is that during polling if any party is giving say around Rs.2000 to you then if they win you could imagine how much they will gain from it. It may be around 200,000 crores. This election almost won because of Azhagiri who is also planning to get a post from DMK. Finally the whole family members are involved in politics. It’s all up to the public to decide which party really acquires the leadership. The party candidate is latha athiyaman.

SILAMBARASAN CHANGED TRENDS IN PUB AND DISCOS IN CHENNAI

Pubs and discos are becoming famous in Chennai. Now-a-days most of the IT employees are spending their weekends in any pub or discos. So far in discos only English songs will be running, but after the release of silambattam’s “where is the party” song, this song is hitting every pubs and discos. Actually Tamil songs are more powerful in lyrics and music as well. I can show you the best example like A.R.RAHMAN ‘famous music director’ from Chennai. Now this song changed the trend of English songs to Tamil songs. Many people congratulate silambarasan for this introduction and platform. Even I like to thank him as well.

EXAMPLE OF LAZINESS

There are various examples that can be listed for laziness but this one makes close to my heart. This I saw from my friend. One day I went to my friend’s house and we were planning to go out. My friend used to wear spectacles. He has a two-wheeler and in Chennai we are forced to wear helmets. So it’s a compulsory one. Actually there is a procedure for wearing helmets for the person who wear spectacles. You cannot wear just as the normal man without spectacles. You need to remove your spectacles and then wear helmet so that your frame of spectacles doesn’t get damaged. But he won’t remove his spectacles and he used to wear helmets over it. This if happens for repeatedly then your spectacles will be damaged. The same result happens to my friend and he has to repair it. Because of his laziness he is roaming to repair his spectacles. So laziness should be avoided in order to shine in the world.

SUN TV IN NEW YEAR

Being a No.1 channel in south India, it should flash superb program for New year. But they are mainly focussing on films. Ok film is good but somewhat reality shows are required for this knowledgeable crowd.  They have lot of talents to present a show but compared to Star Vijay they are lagging a bit. The whole day is occupied with films. I think it should not happen again and they should reconsider the program and flash some superb program for the upcoming festivals. If they follow this then they will become a No.1 channel in world.

SHARKS vs HUMAN BEINGS

To my knowledge sharks will attack human only if there is any underwater noises or any attraction from human like jewellery or if there are many person taking their bath in underwater. So generally it will attack only if there is any noise or it can also attack if there is sudden waves arriving in seawater. Human normally creates these waves and this will be erratic in nature. Sharks generally attack during daytime and particularly when the sea temperatures are between 17 degree and 20 degrees centigrade. They will be normally some 250 feet from the shore. The most vigorous and dangerous sharks, which attack human, are the tiger and the blue and grey nurse sharks. The more powerful one is the white shark, which is extremely dangerous.

FROG’S BREATHING UNDER WATER

Frog is an amphibian i.e.. it can live both in land and in water. Everybody have some doubt in how they breathe under water. Let me clear this doubt for you. Frog has lungs as every human being but it doesn’t have ribs for expanding its chest which in turn helps in breathing through lungs. On land the air is inhaled only through frog’s nostrils which have valves in them by pulsation of the floor of the mouth. The air is inhaled and exhaled only by the throat and body muscles to the lungs. It always keeps its mouth shut tightly so the pulsation of the throat is about is 120-140 per minute. In water the frog is inhaled only through their skin. And even in land it is helping out in sometime. the frog’s skin should not be dry as it dies so the skin contains glands which secrete a clear mucus or slime whose function is to keep the skin moist and supple. The frog is a cold-blooded reptile. So it can change its temperature depending on its surrounding. In winter they hibernate under water, where the temperature of its body falls, thereby the body functions become reduced and breathing is carried out on entirely through skin.
